Ariana Smetana is a business transformation leader, entrepreneur, and AI strategist whose career has evolved across finance, operations, enterprise transformation, and artificial intelligence. She is the Founder and CEO of Adrialytica, Inc., a newly established C-Corporation evolving from her work through Accel IQ Digital and now focused on building Excelinsight™, an AI-native product designed to help business leaders uncover critical operational and financial intelligence hidden within the data companies already produce.
After more than two decades working across corporate environments and business transformation, Ariana founded Accel IQ Digital to advise companies navigating digital transformation and the rapidly emerging application of artificial intelligence. Her work increasingly revealed a recurring pattern: lean finance and operations teams were relying on accounting systems, ERP data, spreadsheets, and disconnected operational records that explained what had already happened but often failed to expose the leading indicators affecting margin, cash flow, productivity, and execution.
That insight became the foundation for Excelinsight™.
Uma Welingkar is a product and technology executive with deep experience building and scaling enterprise software, B2B SaaS platforms, and global product organizations. She serves as Chief Product and Technology Officer of Adrialytica, Inc., where she leads the product strategy, technology direction, and development of Excelinsight™, translating complex business and data challenges into a scalable AI-powered decision platform. Her career spans product management, engineering, product operations, enterprise architecture, AI adoption, go-to-market alignment, and customer-led innovation.
Prior to Excelinsight, Uma held senior product leadership roles at Avalara, Infor, Oracle, and Siebel Systems, managing global product portfolios, teams, and enterprise platforms serving customers across manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, and other industries. At Infor, she led Product Management and Operations across Industry Cloud solutions and helped centralize product operations; at Oracle, she led strategy and go-to-market for the $1B Siebel CRM portfolio and built customer advisory programs that directly informed product direction.
With a foundation in software engineering and enterprise systems, Uma brings the product discipline, technical depth, and SaaS scaling experience needed to transform Excelinsight from an innovative AI solution into a repeatable, enterprise-ready software platform.
